Employer Gender Pay Gaps

WGEA is publishing employer gender pay gaps on 27 February.

Will your workplace be on that list?

WGEA will publish the gender pay gap for employers with a workforce of 100 or more employees.

The first release of data will relate to private sector employer gender pay gaps. Data will include total remuneration and base salary median gender pay gaps. The reporting will be based upon information employers provided in their 2022-2023 Gender Equality Reporting and will cover the period 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023. Employers can provide an employer statement to give context to their gender pay gaps.

Meanwhile, the first release of Commonwealth public sector gender pay gaps will be published in late 2024 or early 2025.
